Our vision on privacy
Protecting the personal data that we process is of great importance to us. We process personal data of our customers, potential customers with whom we have made or want to make contact, recipients of any newsletters, and all other persons who contact us. What personal data do we process?
Personal data are data that tell something about you or data that can be associated with you. For what purposes and on what basis do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data in order to carry out our activities properly and to provide our services. In most cases, we process personal data that you provide to us yourself. For example, when you reach out to us for questions we process your name, email address, phone number, company name and your question. In addition, the processing could be necessary to perform an agreement with you, to meet our legitimate interests which shall not override your privacy rights (e.g. contact forms) or based on your consent (e.g. a subscription to our newsletter).

What types of cookies do we use?
We only use functional and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The functional cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of our website and your own ease of use. How long do we keep your personal data?

This means that we keep your customer personal data as long as you are a (potential) customer of us and up to 5 years after the assignment has ended and your personal data is no longer needed.

Do we share your personal data with third parties?
In principle, we do not share your personal data with third parties. However, sometimes it may be necessary to share your personal data with third parties in the performance of our services. For example, it may be necessary to share your personal data with judicial authorities or with a counterparty. Additionally, it may be necessary to share your personal data to enter into an agreement or notarial deed. Data can also be shared with suppliers and contractors that we have engaged in the performance of our services. If you think that your personal data has been processed incorrectly or incompletely, or if you think that certain personal data does not need to be processed, you can submit a request for modification, addition, or removal to us. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to data portability. Additionally, you have the right to revoke consent granted for the processing of your personal data. This is, for example, the case when receiving our newsletter. Complaints to supervisory authority
The Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) verifies compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation by companies. If you believe that we are not complying with the applicable privacy laws, you can contact us. We will gladly help you find a solution. If we cannot find a solution, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
